In an effort to improve safety and security, a Clear Bag Policy will be instituted at all large scale events held at the Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex and Dragon Stadium in Round Rock ISD. These will include events such as varsity football games, band marching contests, and other highly attended events beginning in August 2019.

In honor of the opening of the Stony Point Auditorium, 1801 Tiger Trail Round Rock, the Stony Point High School Band, Choir, Orchestra, Dance, Ballet Folklorico, Mariachi Ensemble and Theatre programs will hold an epic performance on Jan. 17.

Competing against the best high school marching bands in Texas, the Cedar Ridge High School marching band bested 30 school bands to earn 11th place in the 6A division during the University Interscholastic League (UIL) State Marching Band Contest held from Nov. 5-7 at the Alamodome.
