Trustees approve compensation plan for 2024–25

Round Rock ISD employees will see a 1% general pay increase—taken at the midpoint of their pay grade—in the 2024–25 school year, as well as two potential retention bonuses tied to enrollment.

Dr. Laura Carlin-Gonzalez has been named Round Rock ISD's executive director of teaching and learning, where she will provide leadership and oversight for the District’s teaching and learning programs, including curriculum and assessment, library services, professional development, and instructional technology.
