Round Rock ISD staff from the Round Rock Opportunity Center collect over 1,100 gifts for Blue Santa

Round Rock Opportunity Center’s (RROC) 40 staff members have amassed over 1,100 gifts for this year’s Round Rock Blue Santa project. The gift drive is part of the school’s campus improvement plan for supporting campus connections and meeting children’s holistic social and emotional needs. This marks the RROC’s second year participating in the Blue Santa toy drive. After collecting 75 toys last year, the staff took it to another level this year by breaking into teams for a friendly competition.

Board of Trustees seeks community interest to serve on the TCAD Board of Directors

The Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees seeks community interest in serving on the Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD). Community members interested in serving as a TCAD Board of Director must submit their resume letter of interest, and home address by Thursday, Oct. 12. Applicants must live in Travis County. They will serve on the Board for one year.
