White has nearly 30 years of experience serving in various law enforcement roles, 20 of which were in a public school setting. She recently served as the Police Captain for The School District of Palm Beach County, Florida, the tenth largest school district in the nation.

2023 Early College High School Application Now Open

Through a partnership with Austin Community College (ACC), students attending Early College High School are given the tools to succeed while immersed in a higher education experience, beginning their freshman year of high school and ending with an associate’s degree or up to 60 hours of college credit.

Education and Training Program

Through the Education and Training program students in Round Rock ISD get in-the-classroom teacher training. These students are part of a program that begins in the high school classroom with principles of education and training, human growth and development and instructional practices. Upon completion of those courses, juniors and seniors in the practicum portion of the program travel to elementary and middle school campuses shadowing teachers and even leading portions of the learning themselves.

Round Rock ISD student-athletes recently took the next steps towards becoming collegiate athletes by signing early letters of intent. When student-athletes sign a National Letter of Intent, they have officially committed to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. The National Letter of Intent is issued to prospective student-athletes with a scholarship.

In the Dragon Print Shop at Round Rock High School, students can learn skills from graphic design to screen printing to printing large banners and posters. The Dragon Print Shop runs like a business and takes orders from outside clients, allowing students to gain knowledge of the business aspect while working at a full-on print shop.
