Round Rock ISD Athletics enlists Ascension Seton Sports Performance to provide sports medicine care for middle and high school student-athletes. The collaboration provides the District’s 6,600 middle and high school student-athletes access to an interdisciplinary team of Ascension Texas network providers for sideline sports injury, healthcare, and weekend clinics.

Certified athletic trainers and sports medicine doctors from Ascension Seton Sports Performance, a part of Ascension Seton and Dell Children’s, ensure Round Rock ISD student-athletes receive optimal care in the athletic training setting with preventative education and services.

At the game, Ascension Seton Sports Performance athletic trainers and doctors are on the sidelines, ready to offer necessary sports-related injury or health care,

  • Musculoskeletal injury evaluation, prevention, and illness management,
  • Ascension Seton Network Providers offers established drop-in weekend orthopedic injury clinics,
  • Operational and staffing support provided for annual pre-participation physicals,
  • Concussion management and baseline IMPACT concussion testing opportunities, and
  • Offering accessibility and continuity of care by Ascension Seton clinics, hospitals, and specialty services.
