Anderson Mill, Berkman and Voigt elementary schools have earned the Level 3 certification in the Marzano High Reliability Schools Network.
The High Reliability School (HRS) program was created by Marzano Research to help transform schools into organizations that take proactive steps to ensure student success. Using a research-based five-level hierarchy, along with leading and lagging indicators, educators learn to assess, monitor and confirm the effectiveness of their schools.
The campuses earned the Level 1 certification in 2016 by ensuring the school had created a safe and collaborative culture and Level in 2017. The Level 3 certification confirms that all three schools have effective teaching in every classroom and a viable curriculum.
The Marzano High Reliability Schools Network consists of 370 schools around the world.
“Anderson Mill, Berkman and Voigt continue to be remarkable schools, preparing our students for success on regional, national and global scales,” Superintendent Steve Flores, Ph.D. said. “This prestigious recognition is a testament to the dedication of their staff and community in creating a safe and effective campus environment.”
