Round Rock ISD introduces 3-D technology in high school science class

Anatomage Table is a state-of-the-art 3D anatomy visualization and virtual dissection tool for anatomy and physiology education. As of this year, each high school in Round Rock ISD has an Anatomage Table, and they are being used in the classroom to help our students better understand the science of the human body.

Superintendent Dr. Steve Flores named Central Texas Superintendent of the Year by the Austin Chamber of Commerce

Round Rock ISD Superintendent Steve Flores, Ph.D. will be named the Central Texas Superintendent of the Year by the Austin Chamber of Commerce during its annual State of Education Event on Nov.14. The recognition honors Dr. Flores’ work to create a culture of District excellence where programs, resources and facilities are designed to facilitate the success of all students.

Dr. Laura Carlin-Gonzalez named Executive Director of Teaching and Learning

Dr. Laura Carlin-Gonzalez has been named Round Rock ISD's executive director of teaching and learning, where she will provide leadership and oversight for the District’s teaching and learning programs, including curriculum and assessment, library services, professional development, and instructional technology.
