This Fall, Round Rock ISD is holding a series of meetings to educate the community about Proposition A’s November 7 ballot measure and gather input about community expectations for the District’s five-year strategic plan.
The Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees voted to call for a Voter – Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE) for Nov. 7 to provide staff members with salary increases and approved a tax rate of $0.9190 for the 2023-2024 school year during a called meeting on Aug. 21.
Pending final approval by the community of a Voter- Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE) this November, Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees approved a budget of $534.2 million for the 2023-2024 year at its June 20 Regular Board meeting.
The Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees gave the green light for salary increases for all staff during its approval of the 2023-2024 school year compensation plan during their Regular Meeting on May 18.
