Superintendent Reports:
Rental Assistance Program Annual Report
- Partnership between Round Rock ISD and Texas Workforce Housing Foundation was approved to provide rental assistance to district employees in June 2023.
- 2023-2024, the program offered district employees $250 monthly rental assistance.
- The target number of participants is 100 per month across four properties.
- Currently, 68 employees are using this program.
LSG Monitorial Report Goal 1: Early Literacy and Goal 2: Early Math (Student Outcomes)
Early Literacy Goal Progress Measures (GPM):
GPM 1.1: The percentage of students who are reading on level by the end of kindergarten will increase to 80% by 2026 – The end of 2025 target is 78%
GPM 1.2: The percentage of students who are reading on level by the end of first grade will increase to 80% by 2026 – The end of 2025 target is 76%
GPM1.3: The percentage of students who are reading on level by the end of second grade will increase to 80% by 2026 – The end of 2025 target is 79%
Early Math Goal Progress Measures (GPM):
GPM 2.1: The percentage of students who are reading on level by the end of kindergarten will increase to 80% by 2026 – The end of 2025 target is 77%
GPM 2.2: The percentage of students who are reading on level by the end of first grade will increase to 80% by 2026 – The end of 2025 target is 76%
GPM 2.3: The percentage of students who are reading on level by the end of second grade will increase to 83% by 2026 – The end of 2025 target is 82%
- Review Goals 2.3 and 4.1.
Goal 2.3: Identify districtwide focus areas and align mission, vision, values, and branding. Year 1 / 2024–25. - Goal 4.1: The district will increase the percentage of students who report that their school environment helps them feel a sense of belonging, feel safe at school, and positively impact their ability to perform well academically to 65% by 2026.

Board Business and Announcements
- Tentative canvassing meeting Monday, Nov. 18, to certify election results. Anyone who wins the election will be sworn in at the next board meeting on Nov. 21.
