Superintendent Reports:
- Targeted Special Education and Dyslexia Report – Goals 1 and 2 (Student Outcomes)
- Six recommendations resulted from this review to address observations:
- Develop a decision-making framework for the Dyslexia Program;
- Begin using Program Intent Code (PIC) 43 to track dyslexia staffing and expenditures in 2024-25;
- Implement a centralized dyslexia performance management system;
- Ensure evaluation reports include documentation of a wide variety of data sources, including intervention data; Round Rock Independent School District: Targeted Special Education and Dyslexia Review 4
- Include baseline data in the PLAAFP statements of IEPs so that student progress can be measurable and
- Provide professional development to those teaching RbD to ensure the syntax, reading fluency, and reading comprehension components of the intervention are being fully implemented.

- Proposed 2024-2025 Tax Rate – Trustees approve setting tax rate, 5-2.
- M&O rate of $0.7101 per $100 of taxable assessed valuation
- I&S rate of $0.1830 per $100 of taxable assessed valuation
- The overall tax rate is $0.8931 per $100 taxable assessed valuation.
- The $0.8931 represents a decrease of $0.0259 per $100 valuation.
- Proposed 2024-2025 Tax Rate – Trustees approve setting tax rate, 5-2.
- I2: Discussion and Possible Action on the Board of Trustees Self-Evaluation

- The bond website is up and running and continues to be updated weekly.
- Enrollment has grown by 800 students from last year, with total enrollments of over 47,000 and continuing to grow.
