Early College High School is now accepting applications for the 2024–25 school year.
Thanks to a partnership with Austin Community College, ECHS students can earn a high school diploma AND an associate degree or up to 60 college credit hours—at no cost.
Eighth-grade students who meet all promotion requirements are encouraged to declare interest in Early College High School early to reserve their spot.
If more than 125 qualified students apply, a lottery process determines placement. Students not placed through the lottery will be placed on a waiting list.
