Graduation ceremonies for Cedar Ridge, McNeil, Round Rock, Stony Point, and Westwood High Schools class of 2024 will be in May at the H-E-B Cedar Park Center.

Wednesday, May 22
McNeil High School – 4 p.m.
Round Rock High School – 8 p.m.

Thursday, May 23
Westwood High School – 12 p.m.
Stony Point High School – 4 p.m.
Cedar Ridge High School – 8 p.m.

Ceremonies for Early College and Success High Schools will be held at the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center (PAC) on Friday, May 24, at 9 a.m and 1 p.m., respectively. Ceremonies held at the PAC do not require tickets to attend.

Admittance to the ceremonies held at the H-E-B Center is by ticket only. Ticketing ensures attendance does not exceed the appropriate capacity of the event center and the safety of students and guests. All guests must follow the event center’s clear bag policy. Clear bags cannot be any larger than 16″ x 8″ x 16″ and cannot have any colored tinting or obstructive patterns. Non-clear bags cannot be any larger than 4.5″ x 6.5.”

Each graduate is allotted six (6) tickets to the ceremony. Graduates will pick up their six guaranteed tickets at school in May. Tickets are free, and ceremony seating is not assigned. Children under 3 years old will be admitted without a ticket, but must be seated on a lap. Lost tickets are not replaceable.

Graduates not using all six allotted tickets are encouraged to give them to a graduate needing additional seats at the ceremony or turn them back into the campus for redistribution.

Q: What if I don’t need all six of my graduate’s tickets?
A: From November 17 to December 10, families can use an online form to inform their campus if they will have graduation ceremony tickets that will go unused and redistributed.

Q: How do I request additional tickets?
A: Families can request additional graduation tickets from the campus from November to December 10. The request form will be sent from the school to the primary parent/guardian email on file.

Q: Additional graduation tickets are not guaranteed.
A: Requesting families will be notified beginning in January if their request for additional graduation ceremony tickets can be accommodated.

Q: What is an alternative if I am unable to receive more tickets for my family?
A: Round Rock ISD graduations are live video-streamed on the District’s website.

Q: May I enter the graduation ceremony without a ticket?
A: Tickets are required for entry and scanned upon entry. Please arrive early and follow the clear bag and prohibited items policy to expedite your entry process. Tickets may be duplicated and scanned only once.
