Round Rock ISD invites new Pre-K through grade 12 students to enroll early for the 2023-2024 school year.
Round Rock ISD public schools have 35 elementary, 11 middle, seven high, and three alternative learning centers providing students with access to innovative programming that engages and taps into their specific interests, aspirations, and preferred learning styles.
Round Rock ISD 2023-2024 Enrollment Dates:
March 7 – May 26 – Early enrollment for new Kindergarten through grade 12 students who reside within the District’s boundaries.
April 1 – May 19 – Full-day Pre-K early enrollment for eligible children who turn four years old by Sept. 1, 2023, and reside within District boundaries.
April 17 – May 19 – Open enrollment for new Pre-K through grade 12 out-of-district students to apply for enrollment. Out-of-district students are ineligible for transportation. Pre-K students must qualify based on TEA’s criteria.
May 27 – July 4 – Campuses are closed. Online enrollment is unavailable.
July 5 – Pre-K through grade 12 new student enrollment opens.
August 15 – First school day for the 2023-2024 school year.
Programming varies by campus and can include advanced academics, IB® International Baccalaureate programmes, leadership academies, career and technical education, arts integration, dual language, school day enrichment, STEAM, UIL athletics, a distinguished fine arts program, and special education services. After-school care is available at our elementary schools through a partnership with the YMCA.
