Round Rock ISD’s Accountability Rating and Accreditation Status has been restored by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) after concluding their routine data review.
The District’s Accountability Rating is “89 or a B”, and Accreditation Status is “Accredited.”
The TEA’s data review, which began in January and included multiple school districts across the state, concluded that all of Round Rock ISD’s data was accurate and the resulting accountability and accreditation status was correct as determined by the agency.
“We are grateful for the restoration of our Accountability Rating and Accreditation Status as they represent the hard work of so many to educate our students,” Superintendent Dr. Hafedh Azaiez said. “While we were confident that no wrongdoing would be found, we know data assurant systems like these are necessary to ensure fidelity to the state’s accountability system. We are grateful for the TEA doing their due diligence to ensure the accuracy of scores of school district’s state-wide.”
