The application for community members to join the 2022-2023 Leadership Round Rock ISD cohort is now open. Leadership Round Rock ISD is a District service group where members participate in active discussions and receive an in-depth learning experience about the school District. Applications are due by September 9, 2022.
Class members will meet monthly from September through May. The sessions occur 8:30 a.m. to noon with the location changing each month.
“This group forum has proven to be a meaningful format in which representatives from across the District come together to actively engage in discussions, furthering the District’s ability to connect with District stakeholders,” Community Partnerships Supervisor Rachael Sefton said. “At the conclusion of the nine sessions, cohort members will have a keen appreciation for the complexities of running a large District.”
Community members from each high school feeder pattern (Cedar Ridge, McNeil, Round Rock, Stony Point and Westwood high schools) will be selected to participate in this year’s program.

Class Attendance
In order to have a successful program, we ask all participants to commit to attend and actively engage in all sessions. To graduate from the program, participants must attend a minimum of seven of the nine sessions. Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to noon with an optional tour of the campus/facility at 11:30 a.m. Meetings will rotate to a different campus/facility each month.
