Dr. Mack O. Eagleton, IV has been named the new principal of McNeil High School.
Dr. Eagleton has served as the lead assistant principal of North Shore Senior High School in Galena Park ISD since 2016 and before then supported students as a middle school assistant principal and science teacher. During his time as an administrator, he strived to identify areas for campus improvement through stakeholder collaboration and developed plans for progression in student learning . He has almost 20 years of experience in education.
“I am elated, honored, and humbled to join the McNeil community in service to our students, faculty, staff, and families,” Dr. Eagleton said. “Assuredly, our partnership will continue the legacy of academic excellence and meet the social-emotional needs of students while inspiring and empowering them to be college and career ready upon graduation.”
