Round Rock ISD salutes career and technical education in our schools during Career and Technical Education Month.

Career and Technical Education (CTE) serves Round Rock ISD students in middle and high school, representing 14 of the Texas Career Clusters and more than 100-course offerings. Career and Technical Education helps prepare students who want to embark on a career trajectory while still in high school by offering nearly 30 career pathways for students seeking fulfilling high-paying, high-demand careers.

Some pathways can result in industry certifications while still in high school. Others provide early credit toward a post-secondary degree. All of them offer the opportunity to connect with future employers through job shadowing and internships.
