Round Rock ISD, in partnership with Austin Public Health (APH), will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Sept. 13 for individuals aged 12 and up at the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center.

The clinic will serve individuals who:
- Need the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine
- Received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine during the Aug. 16 APH clinic and are in need of their second
- Qualify for a third booster shot
Those who need their first dose may choose from the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. Those in need of their second dose or booster will receive the same vaccine they had previously received.
Individuals do not need to register for an appointment and may show up anytime from 4 to 8 p.m. The COVID-19 vaccine is free. Identification and insurance will not need to be provided.
To provide APH an estimate of how many COVID-19 vaccines will be needed, individuals interested in attending are asked to submit this interest form. Individuals who do not fill out the form may still attend and receive the vaccine.
Individuals who plan on attending the event may fill out the consent forms in advance or at the clinic. Students aged 18 years and younger do not need a parent present to receive the COVID-19 vaccine but must have the appropriate consent form signed by a parent or guardian and an adult present.
APH will provide information on second dose appointments for those who receive the first dose during the Sept. 13 clinic.

Round Rock ISD, en colaboración con Salud Pública de Austin (APH-siglas en inglés), organizarán una clínica de vacunación del COVID-19 el 13 de septiembre para las personas de 12 años y mayores en el Centro de artes escénicas Raymond E. Hartfield.
La clínica dará servicio a las personas que:
- Necesitan la primera dosis de la vacuna COVID-19
- Recibieron su primera dosis de la vacuna COVID-19 durante la clínica APH del 16 de agosto y necesitan la segunda dosis
- Cumplen con los requisitos para recibir una tercera dosis de refuerzo
Las personas no necesitan registrarse para una cita y pueden presentarse en cualquier momento de 4:00 a 8:00 p.m. La vacuna COVID-19 es gratuita. No será necesario proporcionar identificación ni seguro.
Aquellos que necesitan su primera dosis pueden elegir entre la vacuna Moderna o Pfizer. Aquellos que necesiten su segunda dosis o refuerzo recibirán la misma vacuna que habían recibido anteriormente.
Para proporcionar a APH una estimación de cuántas vacunas COVID-19 se necesitarán, se solicita a las personas interesadas en asistir que envíen este formulario de interés. Las personas que no completen el formulario podrán asistir a la clínica.
Las personas que planean asistir al evento pueden completar el formulario de consentimiento por adelantado o en la clínica. Los estudiantes de 18 años o menores no necesitan la presencia de un padre para recibir la vacuna COVID-19, pero deben tener el formulario de consentimiento correspondiente, firmado por un padre o tutor legal y un adulto presente.
