Round Rock ISD high school football, a time-honored Central Texas Fall tradition, has kicked off their 2020 season.
On Thursday, Sept. 24, Westwood High School prevailed 38-7 over San Antonio’s Southwest High School in the season’s opening game at Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex. The season is scheduled to continue through Friday, Dec. 4, when Cedar Ridge High School takes on San Marcos High School at Dragon Stadium.
Game tickets go on sale every Monday at 8 a.m. for that week’s game(s). Tickets are available for purchase online for $7 per adult, and $3 per child, $1.25 per person service charge applies. Ticket sales are limited to 50% of the stadium’s maximum capacity. If any remaining tickets are left, they will be available to purchase for $9 per person on game day before the start of the game at the stadium’s ticket booth.
While at the game, fans will enjoy watching the pep band, drill team, and cheer squads perform. Limited pre-packaged concessions will be available for sale.
Ticket holders are expected to comply with stadium health and safety protocols:
- All attendees are required to wear face masks for entry and the duration of the game.
- Observe social distancing
- Student seating is limited, unless from the same household. Designated available seating at Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex | Designated available seating at Dragon Stadium.
- Follow one-way entry and exit signs.
- No tailgating allowed.
- Clear bag policy.
