Round Rock ISD has named Kyle Borel the new principal of Robertson Elementary School.
Borel has served as the principal of the Harmony Science Academy in Austin since 2015. She has also served as the principal, and before then a teacher, at the Harmony School of Science.
“Kyle Borel is passionate about creating campus environments that establish pathways for success for all students,” Superintendent Steve Flores, Ph.D. said. “I have no doubt that she will further Robertson’s collaborative culture and work with the community to continue to provide a world-class learning environment for all.”
Borel earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership at the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona at Tucson.
“I am so excited and honored to be joining the Robertson Elementary School community,” Borel said. “The team at Robertson has a stellar reputation and an obvious heart for students. I look forward to joining the Robertson family and continuing the Round Rock ISD spirit of innovation through blended learning and future opportunities. I can’t wait to start building strong relationships and getting to know all of our school community as we focus on our students’ growth and learning.”
