The annual campus family survey opens Monday, Jan. 7, and will remain open through Saturday, Feb. 9.
Responses from parents, staff, and students directly impact campus life and help shape school activities and programs. The online survey is mobile-friendly and short; participants can expect it to take about 5 minutes to complete.
Since the more participation in a survey the better the results; access will be easy to find on campus websites, through email, and posted on social media channels. If you prefer a paper survey or need help accessing the online survey, please contact the front office staff at your campus.
Each campus performs its own survey. Therefore, if you have students at multiple Round Rock ISD schools, please fill out a survey for each campus where you have a student enrolled. Principals at each of your students’ schools are eager to gather feedback and produce the best possible academic and social experiences for students.
Results from the survey are used by campus administration to plan, implement or adjust campus policies and programs. Survey results from previous years have been instrumental in driving lasting changes, including:
- Increased funding to promote student social and emotional learning initiatives
- Developing and designing classes for parents,
- Measuring the effectiveness of specific initiatives, and
- Helping schools identify specific areas of need and improvement goals.
