Wells Branch Elementary Arts Integration Academy welcomes student families, friends and community members to attend its arts integration Spring Showcase, titled “We are Wells Branch” featuring student artists and performers on May 18, 2017.
When the doors open at 5:30 p.m. community members can take a gallery walk of integrated learning and student artwork, enjoy recital performances by piano and ukulele students and observe demonstrations by coding, culinary and instrument building classes. Starting at 6:30 p.m. students from every grade level will take the stage to perform choir, violin, studio dance and theater presentations.
“I am exceptionally proud of what the students and staff have accomplished this year,” Wells Branch Principal Belinda Cini said. “I invite the entire Wells Branch community to come enjoy an evening of interactive arts display demonstrating how arts integration is used each day at Wells Branch.”
