Round Rock ISD employees will have access to their 2016 W-2 tax statements by Jan. 24, 2017, according to the District payroll and benefits department.
Employees can pick up the forms at their respective campus offices after the morning mail delivery. Employees can only pick up their personal W-2 form and must sign for receipt. Employees who are not at work during the W-2 distribution period will have their forms returned to payroll for mailing.
Employees whose departments are in administration will pick up their W-2 forms with their supervisor.
Substitute teacher W-2 forms will be mailed to the home address on file with the payroll and benefits department.
