Round Rock ISD’s Leadership Institute offers students and adults alike opportunities to gain leadership skills or build on existing ones.

Round Rock ISD strives to grow the district’s existing talent through five leadership cohorts. Student Leadership, RRock Star University: Aspiring Assistant Principals, Team 1: Aspiring Principals, Leadership Support Network: New Principals, and Leadership Round Rock ISD each target a different population of the district, and descriptions of each are as follows:

  • Student Leadership offers elementary and secondary school students the chance to help promote Round Rock ISD goals.
  • RRock Star University: Aspiring Assistant Principals aims to build a strong base of individuals prepared to become assistant principals.
  • Team 1: Aspiring Principals creates a foundation of campus and central office administrators ready to become principals.
  • Leadership Support Network: New Principals gives new principals a quality mentoring experience.
  • Leadership Round Rock ISD allows Round Rock ISD stakeholders the chance to learn “behind the scenes” information about the district.
