Update: The location of the Feb. 20 Board of Trustees Regular Meeting will be in the Round Rock High School Lecture Hall at 300 Lake Creek Drive.

The Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees will continue their review of school boundaries and provide the community additional opportunities to share feedback during the month of February.

The Board of Trustees will hold a workshop on Feb. 13, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss boundary options and hear public input. Trustees will vote on changes at its Feb. 20 regular meeting. The Feb. 13 Workshop will be held at the Round Rock High School 1100 Cafeteria, located at 201 Deep Wood Drive. The Feb. 20 Regular Meeting will be held in the Round Rock High School Lecture Hall at 300 Lake Creek Drive.

Part of the Board of Trustees’ boundary review includes examining potential adjustments to the England Elementary and Caraway Elementary attendance areas to address campus capacity, the Herrington Elementary attendance area to prepare for the opening of Elementary #35 and address campus capacity and the Joe Lee Johnson Elementary and C.D. Fulkes Middle School feeder patterns to address alignment.

Boundary changes approved for Elementary #35 would take effect for the 2021 – 2022 school year. All other approved boundary changes would take effect for the 2020 – 2021 school year. 

Community members interested in providing personal feedback to Trustees at the workshop or regular meeting must sign up prior to  the start of each meeting. More information on how to sign up for public comment can be found on the Board of Trustee website.
