Construction Update: Pearson Ranch construction continues on schedule, furniture slated for July move-in

Highly engaged students will soon fill the hallways and classrooms of Round Rock ISD’s newest school.

Construction at Pearson Ranch Middle School has continued on schedule with furniture slated to move-in during the second week of July and the campus opening for students in August.

The latest completions at Pearson Ranch include the installation of lockers, ceilings, heating and air conditioning and the gym floor. Substantial flooring installation is currently being completed.

Pearson Ranch is funded through Bond 2014 and is the 11th middle school in Round Rock ISD. The campus is located on Pearson Ranch Road, adjacent to England Elementary School. The District’s sixth proposed high school, included in Proposition 1 of Bond 2017, would also be located adjacent to Pearson Ranch Middle School. If approved by voters, the proposed high school would open in August 2019.
